CEO & President
An accomplished HR professional who has spent 27 years in the human resources field with a variety of companies and industries, Rex brings substantial expertise to your business. His experience as an HR Director in multiple Fortune 200 companies and industries includes work in manufacturing, call centers, sales teams, support staffs across the consumer products, energy and small business services industries. His prior employers include Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Energy Future Holdings (parent of TXU Energy) and Deluxe Corporation.
Rex brings a high-level of integrity to his business and yours. He has a passion for working with business leaders to deliver outstanding success for the organization through the practice of ethical leadership. Rex understands the complexities of running a business to achieve maximum results and creates HR strategies to enable the business to reach their objectives while maintaining a high-level of employee satisfaction.
Rex is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Dallas HR and Mid-Cities HR Association to maintain his knowledge of current HR strategies. He regularly attends employment law seminars to remain updated on information regarding legal trends. In addition to his professional experience, Rex has undergraduate and graduate degrees specifically in the field of Human Resources (BBA – University of Iowa; MA – University of Alabama).
Personally, Rex is a native of Iowa and has been married for 25 years (and counting). He and his wife have two children; a son (age 21) attending the University of Oklahoma studying Political Science, and a daughter (age 19) attending North Central Texas College with the intention of transferring to the University of North Texas to pursue her elementary education degree. The family has lived in Flower Mound for more than 11 years and has previously lived in Wisconsin, Georgia and Alabama.
